WIRE EDM

Thomas Machine does two types of electronic discharge machining: Wire EDM and EDM Drilling. Wire EDM is a non-traditional machining process that uses electrical discharges through a thin wire to erode conductive materials, regardless of hardness. EDM Drilling or Hole Pop EDM burns small, dimensionally accurate holes through nearly any depth conductive material. Thomas Machine has been providing EDM services since 2005 and has the experience to produce your part features quickly and precisely through Wire EDM.

3D PRINTING 

Thomas Machine is capable of producing industrial-grade 3D printed parts from different materials such as PLA, ABS, ASA, TPU, and Diran. Our printer has a print space of 14" x 10" x 14", suitable for small to medium-sized or multiple parts simultaneously.

LASER ENGRAVING

Thomas Machine can laser engrave steel, aluminum, brass, painted surfaces, and more. There are also different types of markings, such as deep engraving, annealing, and burning. The kind of part mark depends on the material being marked.

SURFACE GRINDING

Thomas Machine can surface grind and hold a 0.0002" tolerance on a 12" x 24" work area. We also have an older model Mattison grinder capable of holding 0.0005" with a 12" x 50" work area for larger parts.
